Shanghai Garden was my best experience of Chinese cuisine in Lausanne. The taste is authentic and a beautiful balance of spices. I tried hot sour soup, chicken samosa, Griddle chicken and shrimps with mixed spices. It was soul satisfying to finally find an authentic Chinese cuisine. Wow! I thought I wouldn't find Chinese takeaway in Switzerland to rival my old local place in England, I was wrong. My favourite dish, crispy beef, came gloriously sticky, full of subtle flavours with an addictive spicy kick.
