The women who are for service don’t seem very interested in doing so or being helpful. At arrival we waited at the entrance for the yellow dyed hair woman to direct us to a table but she ignored us so we moved on and asked if we could choose a table. She nodded but wasn’t very interested in us. Disgusting that the Asian-looking woman who was just arriving to work was doing her hair at the place where food is served. Very bland food, they only put pepper on things and think that should be enough to make things tasty. Incredible slow service. We have waited over 40 minutes for 3 pieces of khinkali. The rest of us have finished our tasteless food and are all waiting for one of us to be served. Really unacceptable. Even worse, the big woman who seems to be the owner by the way she acts, occupies 2 tables with her 3 noisy children moving around the customers while the husband is sleeping literally with his head on the table as you would expect to see a drunken in a cheap bar. Lastly, extremely pricey for the tiny portions. This food for us is not worth it after this unpleasant experience. Such lack of commitment from this place that I certainly expect a reply either denying all or blaming us customers or both. The only positive is the attitude of the only man around serving. He is respectful and aware of customer service. Thumbs down to this place. I wouldn’t recommend it or come back.

Best experience with Russian food that we had so far in Europe. Borsh was just as good as at my grandma’s. Pelmeni with beef were great, our little one is usually a picky eater, but he really enjoyed pelmeni with smetana. Medovik cake was a true perfection. Many thanks to the owners and the staff for this amazing experience, it felt like coming home💔

Exorbitantly expensive prices for an average menu. Cold and careless services. In an empty restaurant, we had to wait 15 min in a 1 person queue to make payment. Only the honey cake was really good. The other pastry we ordered was stale and made us sick. They buy 5 star reviews for 10% discount and that is why they have such good ratings.

Certainly, I wish nothing but success for the proprietor of this establishment; however, my recent patronage at this cafe fell short of expectations. There were 20-25 people in the cafe on a Sunday with only three staff members working. Unfortunately, the waiter was absolutely not coping with her work.Regrettably, the staff seemed overwhelmed by their duties, struggling to maintain the expected standard of service. However, the food was tasty; the pies were good. We didn't try anything else because it was impossible to order due to the very long...

The food is just amazing: homemade and delicious. I order through Uber Eats and now am a regular visitor of their restaurant in Carouge. Due to their success they are overbooked. This is the only downside. They need to bring in additional staff. Otherwise, the food is delicious, the restaurant is spotless, the ladies working in the open kitchen busy and friendly and last but not least the head lady taking all the orders, doing the cashier and serving very friendly, kind and efficient. Absolute must if you love...
