I've been coming here for years, but unfortunately, the staff has changed, and the service is absolutely terrible. We wanted to have lunch and didn't have more than an hour available, which we clearly communicated to the waiter before ordering. We waited for half an hour, and nothing had arrived, so we simply asked for a cappuccino and a small snack to eat quickly and leave. The cappuccino never came, and when we got up to ask the waitress behind the counter, she was shockingly rude. She dismissed us with an attitude, saying we weren’t at McDonald's! Meanwhile, she was occupied with the dishwasher, completely ignoring us, and so we had to leave. We ended up paying for a carafe of tap water and a Coca-Cola that we ordered, totaling CHF 9. Out of pity, we even left a CHF 1 tip, but the same waitress had the audacity to say that we were difficult customers. Wow what a surprise! We came to Celerina for a weekend getaway and I was expecting to only find the typical Swiss fare. And don’t get me wrong, I like Swiss food but it’s usually heavy and I was in the mood for something a little different. This place had great reviews and I was impressed with how many veggie options they had!

Their local beer Palü Bier was really mild and delicious. I also really enjoyed their ramen. Andi ordered the Bowla Celerina which was SO GOOD! It had a really strong almost smoky flavor. The noodles were delicious and this might sound funny but I was impressed with how hot the dish stayed the entire time we were eating it.
