Bellissima scoperta! Menù ottimo. Per iniziare ci hanno offerto una spuma di pomodoro squisita. Poi abbiamo per iniziare la cipolla cotta al forno con aceto balsamico, come primo gli gnocchi con ragù di selvaggina, davvero buonissimi, gnocchi al pomodoro e dei ravioli ripieni di bresaola e formaggio ticinese. Come secondo filetto con salsa al tartufo e funghi trifolati e con salsa al gorgonzola, abbiamo chiesto tre cotture diverse cotto, medio e al sangue e ci sono arrivati tutti e tre con cottura perfetta. Alla fine ci hanno offerto anche un dessert, bellissimo e buonissimo, fatto in casa da loro. Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa e non vedo l’ora di tornare per assaggiare altri prelibatezze. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste an einem verregneten Montagabend im September. Beim Eintreten haben wir uns gefragt, ob wir an der richtigen Adresse gelandet sind. Das Restaurant war ja sehr gut bewertet. Doch welche kulinarische Überraschung! Da versteht jemand Neues zu schaffen. Da werden Beeren, Rindfleisch, Gorgonzola, Trüffel, Amatetti, und, und, und zu neuen Kombinationen zusammengewürfelt. Sehr zu unserem Geschmack. Alles wunderschön arrangiert. Die Bedienung ist sehr angenehm. Ich verstehe nicht, warum dieses Restaurant nicht auch an einem Montagabend pumpenvoll ist. Bei uns zuhause (Zug) wäre das sicher der Fall.
