The short version: If you have any allergies, including gluten, do not go to Holy Cow!

The long version: We had the Aztek Burger and the Baka Dream salad. The salad was very nice and the fries were outstanding! Nice thick cut fries, very crispy, just really good. The salad was also very nice, the chicken was nicely fried and still juicy. The (veggie) burger however was very salty and the mix of ingredients simply did not work. It was very unpleasant to eat. Taken on their own the ingredients were high quality and the bun was great.

We were travelling with a toddler and one of us is celiac. Unfortunately, the staff was very unhelpful regarding gluten-free options. We looked at the allergy matrix and there simply is not a single main course on the menu that is gluten-free. What came as a surprise is that even the beef patties are not gluten-free. We would have expected them to be 100% beef, but unfortunately that is not the case. This raises further questions on what is mixed in with the meat and why? So ultimately the only option is fries - even the salads are not gluten-free.a It is important to note that we had to find all of this out by ourselves via the website, as the staff simply refused to give us the information we needed. Therefore, I do not recommend anyone with an allergy...

Da dove iniziamo: -Bere: Non hanno le bibite alla spina, solo in bottiglia (per lo più di plastica, pessimo sia per il gusto sia per il clima). Penso si faccia fatica a fare peggio. Arredamento, carini i divanetti, ma all'esterno si muore di caldo, all'interno la temperatura è ok, ma orribile le pareti che sono ricoperte da una stampa 3D dove si vedono i pixel da lontano, proprio economico. menu: costoso, 21 chf per un menu panino. Patatine inusuali ma ok (hanno il loro perché), bibita già commentata (servita ovviamente senza ghiaccio), posate di plastica usa e getta (neanche in autogrill,qualità infima). PANINO ORRIBILE: colava tutto il condimento fuori, non si riusciva a mangiare se non con 5-6 fazzoletti di carta per pulirti, "filetto di pollo" neanche impannato, ma io dico, chi ha mai visto un hamburger di pollo con un filetto che esce per 10cm dal panino, filetto piatto e non impanato?! Da spedire indietro e chiedere rimborso. Menu: scelta ok, pare completo, ma appeso al muro in una posizione molto scomoda, non riesci a ordinare e guardare il menu, non riesci a fare la fila e guardare. Chi ha deciso dove metterlo sicuramente non ha usato una buona logica. Servizio: dopo aver pagato, ti lasciano un budge che vibra e devi andare a ritirare il panino, stile burger king. Siamo nel 2023, neanche più al Mc Donald il servizio è cosi "fai da te". Vado al Mc con 14 chf ho il menu e il servizio al tavolo, qua devo fare mezzo ristorante a piedi per andare a prendere il cibo (servito senza vassoio in un cestello). Salse: Buono che sono servite fai da te "all you can have", ma potevano evitare di metterle a disposizione se così cattive. Quella che dovrebbe essere maionese pare una salsa yogurt, quella che sembra ketcup ha un sapore orribile (neanche il ketcup Conad è così scarso, ricorda il sapore di aceto). Panino con "Carne Vegana": veramente agghiacciante, carne vegana orribile, ma come si fa a mettere un offerta così nel menu? Qualcuno l'ha assaggiata? Basta andare alla Lidl a comprare un hamburger qualitativamente buono e vengano, costa 2 CHF. Carne di Manzo: non provata ma non credo ci sarà più l'occasione per rientrare in un posto simile. Sicuramente da evitare, non tornero piu ne lo...
