Casa stefania — Hotel in Circolo di Carona

Despite Stefania’s kindness, I would not stay here again. Although Stefania was very kind and welcoming — she even offered coffee, fruit, some sweets, and there was a small fridge with water — the overall experience at Casa Stefania in Lugano was disappointing. The house had a constant bad smell of dampness, and it was impossible to ventilate because the place was full of mosquitoes. The location is in an industrial area, far away from everything, which made it very inconvenient. Also, the check-in is at 6:00 pm; it is mentioned, but many guests might overlook it, and it really affects the stay.

Another important point is that the bathroom is shared. On Booking it looks like there are options with a private bathroom, but in reality, there aren’t any. The bathroom itself is large, clean, and very well equipped, but it is still shared.

Freundlichkeit: die Besitzerin war total freundlich und geduldig mit uns, und auch wenn wir kein italienisch sprechen, haben wir uns gut verständigen können.

Sauberkeit: es ist sauber und ordentlich, an alle Details wurde gut nachgedacht, man konnte alles gut finden und verstehen.

Extra Punkte für: Stefania hatte frisches Obst, Snacks, Wasser, Kaffee und Tee bereit gestellt - de facto ausreichend für ein kleines Frühstück! Das empfanden wir als außerordentlich zuvorkommend und freundlich!

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: super! Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir an Lugano vorbei...

Хочу подякувати господарці Стефанії, яка була дуже ввічлива і гостинна, номер був чистий, в ванній кімнаті є все необхідне, є мінібар, вранці можна поснідати, попити каву чи чай, на столі є яблука і печиво.
