There was a customer who noticed the self serving drink dispenser were covered in mud/fungus... The manager proceed to scream and shout at him because "he was not supposed to touch the self serving drink fountain" 🤪 Never said sorry or acknowledge the dirtyness of the fountain... Then he followed the customer to the parking lot and started threating to hit him again and to break his phone... This guy Lucas can not be in contact with customers and behave like a criminal. I've worked in fast and this is the last thing I would expect from a manager when a customer has a legit complain about food safety...

Edit: if you have CCTV cameras you should be aware of the aggressive behaviour and the threats I received for just pointing out the drinks fountain was dirty. I’m really surprised you’re attacking me instead of being sorry. I will contact corporate to see if this is the official KFC answer

Es waren auf einmal 10,dann 15 Bestellungen offen und man hat gesehen wie sie verwirrt immer wieder zum Bon laufen musste um dss Essen zu richten. Und anstatt die essen auf der Tafel aufzurufen, wurden die Nummern gerufen... Was für viele schwer verständlich war, da sie deutschsprachig waren... Aber von der Qualität des Essens kann man den Laden sehr empfehlen. Was mich noch gewundert hat war, dass der(vermeintliche) Chef gesehen hat was los war und nicht selbstständig mit angefasst hat... So ist man es jedenfalls in anderen Restaurants gewohnt...

This could not be farther from the KFC I remember in the U.S. We ordered the original bucket, and the chicken was not flaky and crispy. Parts of the pieces were even soggy. The extra gravy we ordered was a joke. The fries were sad, cold and rubbery. I'm willing to accept that there are no biscuits, but the mushy crust on the chicken was just depressing.

Service was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Free refills are awesome, but we ordered take-away.
