McDonald’s Restaurant — Restaurant in Conthey

Very bad experience in this McDonald’s ALL the time. Everything is super slow, defeats the purpose of “fast” food. Staff always clueless and works in slow motion. Last time when my husband got some cheese burgers we waited 10 min and the burgers were NOT fresh. Never had not fresh McDonald anywhere in the world not even in the 3rd world countries, was shocked to have that in Switzerland.

Today we only ordered 2 drinks one ice coffee and one cappuccino. Thinking since they are drinks we don’t need to wait for long. We were so wrong. The lady works in the kitchen with 3 other men we waited another 10 min to get our drinks and guess what? I didn’t get my cappuccino it was just regular coffee with milk. I guess the machine didn’t work but they could’ve told us the truth instead of trying to fool me with regular coffee. Oh and did I mention that the kitchen looked super dirty when we glanced in the window while waiting.

Les hamburgers pris au Drive sont confectionnés "à l’arrache" !! Pas du tout empilés correctement, il y a plus de fromage fondu collé au carton que dans le sandwich (double ou triple cheese, Cheeseburger Royal etc.) et on trouve le fond du bun, la garniture et la partie supérieure du bun complètement séparés comme si on avait lancé les ingrédients n’importe comment dans le carton. Idem pour le McChicken, il y a plus de salade autour du sandwich que dedans ! Bien sûr, si j’avais le temps de manger à l’intérieur du resto, je rapporterais au Desk tout ça, mais bizarrement, au restaurant, les mêmes articles sont confectionnés correctement. Et comme ce genre de chose arrive systématiquement, je suis persuadé que le personnel de cuisine n’apporte aucun soin lors de la confection des produits pour le Drive, parce qu’ils savent bien que si on achète au Drive, on repart de suite sans ouvrir les boîtes sur place et que personne ne fera demi-tour après des kilomètres pour réclamer !! Alors, fidèle habitué des Drive chez McDo à travers la Suisse, et après avoir déjà fait plusieurs fois l’observation au personnel des guichets, malgré que je rends attentive la personne qui prend ma commande à la borne, et que rien ne change, dorénavant je boycotte McDo, je pense qu’annuellement je devais bien y dépenser plusieurs centaines de francs annuellement, il y a assez de concurrents qui soignent la confection pour écarter définitivement cette chaîne où, si je veux être rassasié après avoir mangé je passe commande de plusieurs produits et il n’est pas rare qu’un repas McDo me revienne nettement plus cher que le plat du jour dans un vrai resto où je suis servi rapidement et jamais on ne me servira l’assiette avec la nourriture 3/4 AUTOUR !!! D’autres automobilistes font-ils aussi les mêmes expériences ? Manifestez-vous comme je l’ai fait ici, massivement avec vos commentaires et la Direction agira peut-être pour améliorer ce service vraiment...

Only three tables eating out of over 30 and even then we had 20 minutes of waiting to get luke warm food, not hot. When we mentioned the long waiting time, the manager looked at us with a bored face and opened the arms saying "yeah". Not a "fast food" restaurant. The table, even the seats, and floor are dirty, sticky and with trash. It's not the first time we had a bad experience in this McDonald's.
