Molto buona la qualità del servizio al ristorante. Unica pecca, se si vuole, se si è un po' di fretta, non si è nel posto giusto.
Io ho preso dei filetti di persico alla griglia. Una volta cotto, viene mostrato al tavolo dentro la sua pirofila, viene portato sopra un riscaldatore a candela e lasciato li per essere mantenuto in caldo. La quantità totale viene servita in due volte, dunque è anche abbondante come porzione.
