Maison des Brochettes — Restaurant in Delémont

I have been coming to this restaurant for years (since 2012). The quality of the brochettes has always been outstanding. When it was located at the Lion D‘Or the portions were big. The salad was 3 times the size it is now and the amount of fries with the brochettes was 4 times what is served now. The staff at Lion D‘Or were the best. Ich muss meine Bewertung schnell schreiben, ansonsten bekomme ich wieder Hunger!

Meine Entscheidung fiel auf Black Angus, Chicken Wings, Porc, gegrillte Zwiebeln und Barbecue Sauce mit Pommes als Beilage und einem kleinen Salat als Vorspeise, der ist dabei bei den Spiessen. Dazu ein aromatisches Amber-Jura-Bier, das passt perfekt zum süssen BBQ!

Habe spontan am Abend noch einen freien Tisch ohne Reservierung bekommen und die Karte ist mit einem QR-Code auch auf Englisch verfügbar, man kann aber auch einfach das sehr freundliche und aufgestellte Personal fragen.

Einzig die Preise sind nicht ganz ohne, dafür sind die Portionen eher zum Genuss und lassen noch Platz für einen Dessert - denn werde ich beim nächsten Mal...
