Went here after our visit to the spectacular mount Titlis on 13/6/2025.. since we were tourist in Switzerland.. one of the staff helped us selecting the dishes from the menu.. she was cordial n supportive.Food that they served was mouth watering , cooked to perfection& delicious .. The whole experience of having a wonderful lunch with breathtaking views was spoiled by one of the staff members who was very rude n had an indifferent behaviour … she was being very welcoming n jovial to other guests (may be locals .. no idea) .but looking down upon us...inspite of tables by the window being vacant she denied & agitated saying those r reserved … after 10min .. offered us the seat..when serving she was just banging the cutlery over the table ..she behaved rudely with other tourists as well . .. .. at the end brought us a wrong cheque .. when we notified she wasn’t even sorry for her mistake..it kept us wondering for her such an arrogant behaviour This place is loaded with tourists .. n having such a rude n partial attitude towards them is totally...
Read moreI am here to say a big thank you to Annika and other staff who work at the top of Titlis mountain.
I left my mobile phone in its wallet case in the men's restroom while changing and only realized I had forgotten it 10 minutes after leaving the room. By that time, I was already on the cable car heading down to the next stop.
When I returned to the restroom, someone had already found my phone and handed it over to a shop assistant at the Swiss Watch store on the fifth level, who then gave it to Annika.

Thank you all so much. You've truly made my trip to Switzerland unforgettable, and I will forever cherish your help...

If i had the chance, I'd definitelly tdy something else on the menu. The food deserved an indulged 3 star, but the scenery...
