Restaurant Linde — Restaurant in Flüelen

Foods is quite oily and salty. Sauce is not so tasty, whatever meat or salad sauce. By the way we left the bread and fried potatoes, didn't finish the lunch. As a restaurant, for me foods should be a bitter better or special than we just buy a sandwich. Maybe we have different tastes, to be honest the lunch in the restaurant is below than average taste. Please don't take it in person, we have three people for lunch in the restau rant, we all agree about these! The first photo in the plate the food was very oily,the second plate there was egg and the meat was very salty, the third plate sauce was not tasty at all. We said ok to you, because we just wanted to be nice, but our taste...

I am in love with this place!

It is super warm and beautiful, it has a very romantic terrace, the service is excellent, they are super attentive, friendly and cheerful there.

And the dishes, not only look spectacular but they are delicious, the potato sauce is the best I have ever tasted in my life and the lemon dessert you have to try it without a doubt.

This is without a doubt the best restaurant I have visited in my time in Switzerland.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und wollten uns nicht Marche an der Autobahn antun. So suchten wir kurz in Google und die Linde in Flühlen wurde uns angezeigt. Vor den Restaurant unter der gedeckten Terrasse zwei/drei Biertrinker. Drinnen wohl ein Einheimischer der ebenso am Stammtisch am Bierchen nuckelte. Außerdem noch ein Päärchen dass gerade am Essen schlemmte.

Die neuen und Jungen Besitzer Empfängen und Herzlich. Ebenso unseren Hund der sofort geherzt wurde. Bei der Bestellung stellte dichtauf, das die neuen Pächter von den Canaren stammen. Die Chefin mit besserem schwitzerdütsch als wir mit unseren paar Brocken Spanisch war sehr nett. Meine Frau bestellte Vegetarische Nocki mit Gemüse , ich Rinderbäckchen ebenfalls mit Nocki und Gemüse…..dazu ein Appenzeller Dunkelbier.

Das Essen wir fantastisch….. die Nocki Herzhaft, das Gemüse auf den Punkt und die Rinderbäckchen zart und perfekt.

Wir waren sehr Dankbar für diesen perfekten Zufallstreffer. Sehr schade, dass für Samstag Abend nicht mehr los war. Für uns aber sehr gut, da wir starken Umtrieb in Lokalen nicht besonders mögen. Für uns aber ein ganz klarer Geheimtipp. Freundlichkeit, Service, Essen und Sauberkeit….TOP !! Können wir jedem...
