We just arrived in Vitznau and were looking for a nice restaurant to have dinner after exploring the area. We stumbled upon Al Porto after the recommendation given to us by our hotel and wow were we impressed. The chef and server Christian were amazing, the food was delicious. We ordered, Aperol Spritz (obviously lol) , pizza with ham and Filetto Di Manzo/ Griglia/ Pepe Verde / Gorgonzola . If you are in the area please check them out. Such a hidden gem

The best restaurant in Gersau by far. The service is excellent and we had to even eat the dessert because the service was wow! The food reminds me of Italy 🇮🇹 as it's genuinely Italian. If it gave 6 Stars, I'd give them 6 star. Thank you so very much. Fantastic!

Specialized in preparing pizza, and it is prepared in a wonderful way and with a distinctive taste. The manager of the restaurant, Mrs. Linda, forces you to repeat the visit, she is nice and deals professionally

Fantastic location with options to both sit indoors on a cold rainy day or by the lake on a sunny day. We just stopped by for a short snack and ended up ordering Bruschetta, Cold Coffee and ice cream. The food was yum but what made our experience more special is the service.

We have tried this restaurant several times, it never disappoints. The food is tasty the service is always warm and welcoming. If you are in Gersau this is a great choice for lunch or dinner.
