The worst meal I've ever had. The meatballs with mashed potatoes were most likely a microwave-heated frozen-ready meal. Salty sauce, textureless balls and absolutely awful mashed potatoes. For 18.5CHF I would expect at least something of IKEA quality. Tomatoes in the salad were tasteless, and the sauce was one of these salty facotry-made ones. The pancake for 9CHF was not very good either. You'd get cheaper and better pancakes almost anywhere in Switzerland (including the city center). Don't expect to find anything substantial to eat in this café-restaurant. We came at 1 pm and the food was close to non-existent, with a couple of tired-looking sandwiches still remaining and an offer to have pancakes made for us. Das Selbstbedienungsrestaurant ist direkt an das Museum angeschlossen und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den See bis hin zu den Alpen. Die Tagesmenüs waren okay. Der Vorspeisensalat war eher eine Aufreihung des Gemüses, kein Salat an sich, aber lecker. Die Pizza war okay, es wurden aber Dosenchampignons verwendet. Das Personal an der Kasse war mit dem Mittagsandrang sichtlich überfordert, das in der Kücher sehr nett. Nur leider konnte niemand des Personals weder auch nur eine der anderen beiden Landessprachen (Italienisch & Deutsch) noch Englisch, damit eine Kommunikation möglich gewesen wäre.
