My friend just informed me that now the Resto is owned/run by Chinese. That explains everything 🤪 ———————————- It was much better experience when the resto was in Biel. Much seems to be changed. The sushi platter 69 CHF seemed to be a cost conscious plate, suppose be for 2-3 people, but each piece was so tiny that it will not fill up two adults for sure. The ingredients used was also very much vege-driven, the fish eggs that I love, was barely seen along with salmon & tuna. Many are cucumber & avocado rolls which I am not so crazy about. Yakitori was also disappointing, it was cooked chicken with teriyaki sauce, something one can easily put together at home. Perhaps we visited during an odd time.
