Disappointing in every aspect except of the atmosphere and view. The restaurant was empty on a Saturday evening at 7pm. We chose a table on the terrace which has a stunning view and a very calm atmosphere. This is it unfortunately about the positive points. The terrace itself could be kept in shape more carefully (dirty, old). The waiting time for the drinks was 10min, the starter took 30min and the main course another 45min. I’d like to highlight that the restaurant had approx. 15 guests (5 tables) this evening. You could see that everybody was confused and annoyed by the long waiting times. While waiting for the starter we asked for a plate, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper and some bread. It turned out that the waiters never get any requests outside their menu since they reconfirmed from different sides several times what we exactly wanted. Then finally, the starters arrived. I had fresh salmon. The salmon did not taste very fresh but was eatable. The main course then was the pure disappointment. The tuna had a strong acidic taste and was not eatable at all. Also, the colour wasn’t how it should be (check my picture). The waiters insisted other tables also ordered this and were happy with it. They reluctantly removed it. We wanted only the vegetables which were left on the plate. The chef de service then informed that due to the high price of the tuna (52 franks for this dish) they can’t give it for free and would make half price. We ended up paying 29 franks for some ordinary vegetables (they did not make it half price at the end). The other main dish was a chicken breast with a creamy mustard sauce. The sauce was good but the whole dish looked sad (check my picture), and the chicken breast was not nicely pre chopped. Most probably they used a bread knife instead of a sharp knife for meat. Also, I had a half carrot on my plate. One half carrot. Where is my second half of the carrot??? I paid 44 franks for this chicken dish. Unbelievable! The reviews on tripadvisor or on google show quite a decent or even a good restaurant. However, sort the reviews by time (newest first) and you immediately recognize when an owner change happened. Since then, the restaurant usually does not get more than 2 stars anymore. A great location and a used to be awesome restaurant have been destroyed. Can’t imagine how sad a bride would be who still celebrates her wedding there since it’s been a great location for...
Read moreThe fried snack we ordered was super delicious, the staffs are very friendly & courteous. The location of this restaurant is absolutely amazing! I will come back for lunch or dinner for sure. ————- So I came back for a lunch. The food is good , but I am not sure if it justify the price. The portion is also too little, at least for me🤪 Luckily I had a big salad before coming to the resto. Otherwise, I would...
