As someone who is Vietnamese-American and has been eating Vietnamese food his entire life, Chez Quang is one of the best places I've had for Vietnamese/Asian food in Europe. Although it's slightly adjusted for the European palette, the food remains tasty and flavorful. The kitchen staff is very kind and welcoming. Although the menu is only in French, the staff can speak English and explain. There's a variety of prepared dishes to choose from, in addition to a menu to order from. I ordered the Bun Bo, a recommended popular dish, and got lemongrass shrimp coconut curry to-go. Both were delicious. The spring rolls in the Bun Bo were perfect, crispy, and tasty. The beef was cooked perfectly as well. The flavors alone justify a 5-star rating, but to top it all off Chez Quang is very affordable, especially considering Switzerland. I wouldn't hesitate to come back and try all the other dishes.

Was craving pho while driving down from Zermatt to Geneva and luckily found this place open on a cold Sunday afternoon. Easily one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the country. Food is Authentic, (Owner is actually Vietnamese) freshly made, generous portions, and incredibly affordable. Staff is also very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend. Will be our go to spot after every ski trip for sure.

A no-nonsense Vietnamese eatery. Mostly focused on takeaway, but they also have some tables to eat in. Because of the open kitchen, there's close contact with the, friendly, chef/owner. The food itself is not the best Vietnamese I've ever eaten but nevertheless tasty and the portions are huge. Given the moderate prices, I can recommend if you're hungry and feel like having Vietnamese food.

We found this Vietnamese restaurant in google map after few days trip in Switzerland as my family and I missed so much for Asian foods.

We ordered each of us a beef soupe pho and a stir-fried mix of vegetables. The soup was wonderful and we could all feel the effort the chef put on it. The foods were also great, the beef was perfectly cooked, the foods were really fresh and delicious, especially the spouts and Thai basil which were fresh and enhancing the taste of pho. The homemade spicy sauce was perfectly matched with the beef pho.

The owner and staff were also very kind and friendly. The menu were in French but they could speak in English and recommended the foods for us. The chef also tailor-made the stir-fried mix of vegetables to suit my kids who couldn’t eat spicy foods.

Highly recommended and will definitely go again when...

Best Pho Broth around. A little bit outside of central Lausanne. But if you're driving into town, it's actually very convenient to stop on your way in or out. The ambiance was nothing special, but comfortable. The host was very attentive and friendly. He even offered us his home made hot chili paste, which was much better than the standard Sriracha. The pho broth was very rich without tasting greasy or fatty. The vermicelli was perfectly cooked and he hand the standard veggies. The Nem was definitely home made and he fried it up fresh for us. So good, I had to get another order. Like many pho aficionados, I like to have pho the day after a long night out. It definitely hit the spot. Best Pho in...
