Taillens SA — Restaurant in Lens

This once was a great tea-room, but the quality has gone down considerably in the last few years ! The croissants are industrial, dry and tasteless. Today the ham sandwich was leftover from Friday or at best yesterday, and the meat was brown around the edges, and dried out; when I complained to the manager, she didn’t apologize, but just returned my money without a word or even a glance. I them decided to tell her about the salad I bought last weekend which wasn’t edible because the eggs were rotten...once again, not a question, not a word, no excuses. I find that inexcusable!! Stay away, there are other options...

J aime bien les produits mais j essaie d éviter la responsable à Lens parce que rarement on voit quelqu un aussi désagréable. A chaque fois que j y vais elle a quelques choses de négative à me dire. Faut mettre le chien sur une laisse plus courte ( j etais seule à l intérieur et mon chien était tenu en laisse) ou comme au début de la pandémie elle a interdit des chiens au magasin. Pour une responsable je trouve son comportement vraiment pas convenable. En tous cas ça fait bien démarrer...
