We especially like the charbonade, except once in awhile the meat is a bit tough (but note that if you complain about it, they willingly change for another portion). And be warned that the shrimp à gogo requires you to peel the shrimp. Their pizzas made on feu du bois are large and delicious (and especially economically priced on Mondays). Probably one of the best steaks I've had in a long time. They have a very simple format, a small salad buffet to start with and a large selection of steaks for the main along with large Charbonnade barbeques to do your own thing.
