Pizza Da Vinci – Pizzeria & Livraison Meyrin — Restaurant in Meyrin

We went to the Pizzeria because it was very near our office and is the most convenient place to have a take out pizza. The lady at the counter was so rude. We got the Geant pizza with chorizo and they have advertised that we get 1L of Iced tea for free. They didnt give us the ice tea and when we asked why, the lady rudely answered us that we do not qualify to have the iced tea because they have stamped our "Fidelity card" which they were the one who offered us to have. So we dont really understand why.

They have to be more honest with their clients, if you advertise that a client gets 1L of Iced tea, a client should have it. IT is not about the iced tea but more on trust.

We were also not impressed by the pizza this time, as we ordered chorizo and there were about 0.5kg of onions laid on the pizza. I hope they will improve the consistency of their product as the first time we went there, the pizza was good but this time, it let us down. The lady at the counter did not help with her...

This place is legit. Got a large margharita - 20 CHF in and it was delicious and just what we needed. Thin and just like how you'd expect from Italy. The only thing I'd observed (but clearly doesn't take away from the overall taste/experience) is that their margharita had no basil whatsoever. They have a spicy oil that was marvelous. Excellentes pizzas, pour un rapport qualité-prix imbattable. Nous avons toujours été accueilli correctement. Le choix est multiple, avec d'autres plats ainsi que des desserts qui nous inviteraient à se relever la nuit.

J'ai été très mal reçu aujourd'hui et change votre notation de 5 à 2 étoiles. Je pense que vous avez des soucis de personnel. Vraiment dommage. Mais si vous continuez d'ignorer le client et si les formules de politesse de base, bonjour, merci, aurevoir sont manquantes, vous le perdrez. J'espère que cela ne se reproduira pas car j y suis sensible.

Je corrige, je suis convaincu qu'il n'y a pas de soucis au niveau du personnel, mais plutôt au niveau du management.

N'ayant pas été reçu correctement pour la 2ème fois, vous n'avez aucune écoute, vous n'avez pas formulé d'excuse. Le ton est également agressif et n'est pas acceptable en ce qui me concerne. J'irai voir la concurrence aucun souci. Tant...
