McDonald’s — Restaurant in Nyon

Like many others said.... they really forget or make mistake very often with the orders. It's no joke.

It's gotten pretty upsetting today. And it seems they are also rude. I called in and told about the mistake, the manager said I can come back get it, he was polite. But once I came back to get it, it must've been another manager but pretty rude, almost yelling.

It's so annoying to come back a second time to get your order fully... But the rude customer service is merits the rating.

Makes you wonder if they aren't doing all the mistakes with customer orders on purpose because they are angry or are playing some game between colleagues...

Unfortunately, their good location makes it so that they don't care and the mistakes with orders will continue. Everyone I know says the same about this McDonald's.

So... CHECK YOUR ORDERS...

Drive thru disaster. 2 weeks ago they forgot to put the fruit purées and toys in all 3 happy meals I bought. I went back this weekend and they forgot both of the apple pies from my order. My double BigMac had 3 patries instead of 4. I went back and they gave me the missing items. Still, that's terrible service (or was it all intentional???)

Edit: 4 months later. Stone cold chips, flat coke and a BigMac with almost everything outside the bun! Go to the new branch in Gland. They know how to make food. This bench needs to be closed down for a month of re-training.

Edit: today they forgot both drinks and both fruit compotes in our kids meals. Unbelievable.

Edit: 2 more happy meals served without toys.

Edit: what table number am I sitting at? It's rubbed off so I have to guess which table to order...

I've been there now 3 times and every time there is an complication with the order:

order is not coplete / switched with things we didnt order food looks awful, like its just been smashed together when you go back to get the food that they forget, it looks like they give the food that would be thrown away anyway, also it taste like its been laying ther for more than 2 hours....

I get that the mac drive has to work fastly, but it's now at a point that they work to fast for what they can handle and there for make (a lot) off mistakes with...
