Kentucky Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Oftringen

Well, what can I say, long waited until we finally have an alternative to BK and MC in the region. Then the KFC goes up, that's something.

Unfortunately, this branch is not really a top branch. The employees are not really friendly or helpful. The preparation always goes more than 10 minutes, even if you do not come at rush hour, this is far too long, no sorry for waiting, nothing. The branch manager should train his employees a little on quality!

Also the food quality is not really good, I was about 15x already there. I have so far received only 1x really warm food. Otherwise, the food is usually too cold, no wonder with these long waiting times. The taste of the Food is common and absolutely ok, but not the rest i described. Too bad.

The store itself is not very well done. The crowd management is quite unsuccessful. On about 60% of the seats you do not look at the output monitor, when they call out the food they do it in the volume of a library. Here it needs certainly more monitors. Thus unusable. Also the entrance area with the ordering machines are in the middle instead of moving the entrance area to the left. Too bad, it would not have been difficult.

The branch also would have a Drive-Inn, but somehow it never was open, i dont know why they are not opening the Drive.

In summary: Too bad, it would be easy to offer more quality and faster service than what you get. I think it is a pity, also that the employees are not...

From the drive-in, I ordered a family bucket. Had we been 4 people eating, that family bucket would not have been enough. I think that KFC in Switzerland is too pricey, for this franchise in Oftringen to offer mostly chicken tenders in a family bucket. It had litteraly 3 normal chicken parts, and the rest were tenders, mini chicken wings, and some other mini pieces. I am not a big eater, but I must say the offer was miserable compared to what one receives at the KFC in Zurich airport or in Bern. At those places, one gets enough for his/her money. Next time, I'd feel like eating good yummy chicken from KFC, I'd honestly prefer to wait to be in Zurich or Bern. Oftringen was really a bad experience and a rip-off. For that almost 45 CHF, I'd have been able to enjoy two pizzas with my family or two cordon bleus deliciouly made by a restaurant in...

Outstanding experience. I always think KFC seems quite expensive, if I compare it to other Fast Food Restaurants but Iam still cool with it. And I really hope Chilly Cheese Burger ain't just for promo. I really like that stuff.

Update: Many times i ordered on Uber Eats and i really love the GPS Tracking option, because iam a workaholic and often in meetings, its very handy to see when the food arrives. In 98% auf cases i ordered they dont use GPS and i shared that in the Uber Reviews. Manager answered on my thoughts, that ''this was just this particular'' day the case. What according to my experience is just a wrong claim. I want to give less stars for that, but food and service of the other employees in general are too good...
