Nous ne sommes pas dans un bar classique, nous sommes dans une popote remplie de marins et de voyous à bord d'un bateau pris dans une tempête ardente. La bière et les chants coulent à flot. Tiens bon la barre, la main sur le verre, le cœur sur la main et souquez les arquemuses. Venez sans hésitation et profitez de la déferlante. belle découverte au détour de la base de vie de Champex (UTMB). Accueil convivial et avec le sourire en dépit de surfrequentation du lieu. Nous avons dégusté de très bonnes soupes faites maison, avec un beau service. Un des seuls établissements acceptant le paiement par CB autour du lac de Champex. Sourire, bienveillance et gentillesse merci à l'équipe au top!

Il y a un genre recherché dans l’hétéroclite dans son jus. Il faut aimer mais on y passe quand même un bon moment.

Un pub pour boire un verre avec une musique de fond. Au service, ils sont sympa mais très directs et très locaux. Les toilettes sont propres. Quand à la décoration, c’est un peu tout et rien. Il y a un genre recherché dans l’hétéroclite dans son jus. Il faut aimer mais on y passe quand même un bon moment.

A bit impersonal to us, maybe because we weren’t locals. Seemed like a “locals” pub.

Nice sitting area outside, but it was in direct sun so we stayed inside at the bar top.

Nice atmosphere.

I found it interesting that upon arriving the bar keep spoke German to me, and when I responded in German she switched to French for the duration of our visit. I don’t...
