Chalet Thaï Le Bouveret — Restaurant in Port-Valais

Me and my wife both are big time thai food fan. When we planned for Switzerland road trip, we have been looking for a thai restaurant on our way from Interlaken to Chamonix. I came across the this restaurant and decided to try this base on the google reviews. My experience is something extraordinary which I never experienced anywhere before.

Food : We ordered Stir beef with thai basilic (requested extra spicy) + fried rice. The food was super good in terms of flavour, taste and my spice level (I eat super spicy).

Behaviour : Met the owner couple and one of the nicest couple ever with 2 kids. They were very humble and we had some little chat. He was surprised that someone from Luxembourg came in to eat. We spent some time together and then we came to know its their marriage anniversary today. What a lovely moment. Then we parted our way.

Recommendation : Highly recommended. You wont be disappointed with the food for sure. And I can say they are...

Le porc n'était pas cuit, il était encore rosé. Or ce type de viande doit être mangé bien cuit pour éviter les indigestion. Je l'ai signalé à la cuisinière qui l'a refait chauffer 3 minutes. Malheureusement ça ne suffisait pas. Elle m'a proposé de le refaire chauffer mais m'a dit que ce plat ne pouvait pas vraiment être réchauffé car cela pourrait altérer le goût. La viande n'étant pas cuite je lui ai dit que je ne la mangerai pas.
