we wanted a quiet dinner for two people, entered the restaurant (the entrance quite chaotic) we sat at the table, after 5 minutes the owner came to ask us what we wanted to eat, to our surprise they told us that they didn't have the menu on paper, but that they could have made us a mixture of appetizers of their choice, surprised we accepted, after a few minutes we had a doubt, but the prices? will those also be a surprise? Well on Google the restaurant shows only one "dollar" symbol so we were expecting a cheap restaurant, sooo for the ancient time they asked us for 70 CHF, 35 chf per person !! absurd, they didn't even serve us caviar, 5 CHF for a glass of degassed Coca Cola (bottle open for probably half a day), the oil they used to fry the fish tasted bitter, so old, honestly they surprised us in the negative , in 15 years of catering I have never seen and found a restaurant that does not have a menu with the prices listed, I must give a negative rating, we...

It was the worse restaurant I've have been. The waiter couldn't be bother with us. There is no menu, so you don't know what to get. To avoid more disappointment, l said to my husband to order just a pizza, because my daughter was hungry. The worse pizza ever. It was burnt at the bottom and uncooked in some parts at the top (very thick base). We gave £50 to pay for a not worthy £40 pizza and the waiter disappeared with our change. Avrei voluto trattenere cosa davvero ho subito nel tuo locale. Gia che non sai chi sono, è vergognoso visto che ho speso più di 890/CHF 1000.- a un botto per il mio matrimonio civile che ho organizzato con te per piu mesi prima ed ci hai dimenticati!!! 2 ore al sole con porta chiusa e senza scuse!!! Poi il mangiare che il 1.7.2018 non era neanche mangiabile! Nulla era pronto. L'aperò fuori neanche. mi sono vergognata per i miei ospiti. Il mangiare con portate sbagliate, cose non ordinate, 3 gocce di pasta nel piatto perche ne avevi troppo poco, la torta non come avevi promesso, darmi la colpa che io avessi dato la data sbagliata quando il giorno del matrimonio non è una data a caso ma pronta da un anno!!!!!!! e va bene. Poi però purtroppo degli amici miei poco tempo fà, volevano entrare nel tuo locale (non vocale) e contro voglia ma per amicizia son venuta. Abbiamo aspettato (nonostante riservazione) 1 ora e mezza per un insalata in una ciotola senza condimento per 3 persone con 3 forchette ed una pizza portata da un altra festa con un pezzo mancante!!! e se dici che sono menzogne, ti prego di contattarmi che ti faccio il nome e cognome di clienti che erano presenti che conosci altrettanto benissimo. Invece di scusarti col cliente, presentare un arroganza e non ammettere che non siete capaci di gestire più persone. Antichi sapori, le recenzioni servono à migliorarsi ma vedo che non ne avete interesse e quindi vi beccate solo quello che seminate.
