McDonald's — Restaurant in Pratteln

Disrespectful rude staff, their faces are not smiling, as if they are giving me free food, there are five tables inside, you have to wait at least 15 minutes when you order your food, the people working in the kitchen are chatting on the phone in their hands, they are not dedicated to their work, and when you warn them, they say that it is none of our business and you can complain wherever you want, they respond that they will never come here again and I will never come here again, if your time is valuable, do not let it be wasted by rude...

I only remove one star because they didn’t have a sign that basement parking was closed. It was super hard to back out without scratching the car.

The food was good and fast. I really like the Caesar Salad with crispy chicken and my son enjoyed the McFlurrywith popping rocks.

A bit on the noisy side even for a McDonald’s.

As expected Swiss McDonald’s is the most expensive in the world but the food quality is higher too.

We stayed in Courtyard Basel which had dishes that’s 45 each. We paid 60...

Ich habe am Abend des 3. Juni in diesem Restaurant eine Bestellung über die App mit myOrder gemacht. Wie die vorherigen Male habe ich die Tischnummer (siehe Bild) eingegeben. Diesmal wurde ich von ihrer Mitarbeiterin R* sehr unfreundlich zu Recht gewiesen dass dies nicht o. k. sei und ich müsse eine Platte (Table Order) im Restaurant holen und diese auf den Tisch stellen. Ich habe ihr versucht zu erklären dass ich nicht im Restaurant war um zu bestellen sondern via App bestellt habe. Ich wurde weiter zurecht gewiesen und mir wurde nicht zugehört. Auf die Bitte mir den Manager zu holen ging dir Mitarbeiterin davon, und kam nicht wieder. Die Respektlosigkeit ihrer Mitarbeiterin mich vor allen anderen Gästen so zu behandeln wird mich dazu bewegen nicht weiter bei Ihnen Gast zu sein. Ich fuehle mich unrecht behandelt und möchte keine weitere solche Erfahrungen mehr machen.

Das Essen war ok, Wartezeit von 7min ohne das viel los ist etwas lange. Abräumpersonal war freundlich. (Darum 2 Sterne, die Mitarbeiterin R* würde 1 stern kriegen)
