Burger King — Restaurant in Regensdorf

Burger King is usually my go-to place whenever I crave fast food or a spicy burger.

At the Regensdorf location, however, the speed of service is somewhat lacking, which feels unusual for a fast-food chain. While the atmosphere is okay, the service could definitely be improved, particularly in terms of efficiency. We had to wait about 15 minutes after placing our order at the self-service machine, which dampened the fast-food experience.

That said, the burgers are consistently good, and I appreciate their taste.

My experience at the drive-thru, however, has been much better, with noticeably faster service.

I do recommend this location, but primarily for the drive-thru. If you’re dining in, be prepared for a bit of a wait, which might make the experience less satisfying for fast-food...

Haven't been to a bk in a while but this is nuts.

They've installed order kiosks to save on staff, and now there were only 2 people working here. We ordered food for 4 people to go and had to wait for 15 minutes.

The workers aren't to be blamed. I'm sure they're doing their best and if anything, overworking themselves. It's BK as a company cutting back on labor and quality all the while still having the audacity to increase prices.

I can pick up a fresh and well made pizza at a local Italian restaurant, pay less and still have a superior experience.

We'll now be eating cold "fast" food when we could've gone out for a great dinner at an actual restaurant for the same amount...

Wir kennen den Burger King in Regensdorf schon länger und wir waren selten aber gerne dort, da die Kinder einen Spielplatz zum spielen hatten. Seit dem 1. Lockdown ist uns aber die mangelnde Hygiene aufgefallen. Ich spreche nicht von Kleinigkeiten, sondern z. B. davon, dass ein Kind bei der Rutschbahn hin gespuckt/erbrochen hat und der Fleck 3-4 Wochen nach unserem Besuch immer noch dort war. Abfall der herum liegt und nicht weggeräumt wird. Dasselbe in der Toilette, fehlende Mülleimer, so dass gewisse Damen ihre Hygieneartickel im Beutel in der Ecke deponieren, überall WC Papier verstreut, Urin auf dem Ring und Boden. Wenn man dann auf die Tafel schaut, wo aufgeliestet ist wann die letzte Kontrolle war, wurde dort 8h nichts mehr notiert. Gerade in der jetzigen Zeit versteh ich das nicht, denn Hygiene war noch nie so ein grosses Thema. Ich ziehe meine Schlüsse (nicht beobachtet), dass es evtl. auch in der Küche so abläuft. Etwas was die letzten 2x auch war, war dass ein Kind der Angestellten im Restaurant platziert wurde und er musste sich selber beschäftigen. Es ist im deutlich langweilig, was ja grundsätzlich nicht schlimmes ist, er ist aber so anhänglich und ohne Abstand. Er steht ständig gleich daneben wenn man isst, fasst die Sachen an oder drängt die anderen Kinder mit ihm zu spielen. Eigene Gespräche sind nicht mehr möglich. Er war auch stark erkältet mit laufender Nase, was er selber noch nicht wegwischen konnte. Ich hoffe in Zukunft wird mehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene geachtet, sehr schade um den eigentlich tollen Burger King. Wir werden wohl länger oder gar nicht mehr dort...
