My favourite restaurant in town! Serves mainly traditional food which is consistently great: carefully prepared with a home-made taste, the potions are generous, well presented and served with a smile. I love the gratins and the schnitzel, the burgers are very popular too. But pick any dish in the menu and you will be satisfied. The service is excellent, the Owner speaks English fluently and will make you feel at home. The take-away is fast and consistently good (I've been going there for +4 years and was never disappointed). A special note for the Christmas decoration that they put up every year, which is beautiful and creates a such a special atmosphere....

Extremely RUDE staff!

I came here one afternoon while walking around town and sat outside for a coke. The waitress firstly didn't want to come outside and serve me because she was "cold" and then I finally got my order in by going inside myself. After that, i went inside to use the toilet and they had LOCKED the door on the other side and hung up a coat - effectively barring me from re-entering. Typical Swiss coldness and small town racist owners. The clientele were mostly smelly old alcoholics and the place also stank of musty decade-old smoke. Wouldn't come here again if...

I have been coming here for 10 years when I’m Switzerland, and I must say the hostess is fantastic ,when I couldn’t park as was about to leave marti came running out and opened up a lovely place to park, the food is excellent for what you pay, everything is great, well done to you and your team....
