Rude staff. We waited for 10 min to be served and no one was at the till. Eventually the staff named LUSH arrived eating watermelon himself. We wanted a drink and a packet of crisp 30 minutes before arrival time. But he refused to serve in a shouty voice in front of kids saying we would be arriving at our destination shortly. Certainly we can carry packet of crisp and takeaway tea! He maintained being polite and funny to Swiss people. I do not want to give a racist spin to it, but I hope he improves his behaviour in the future towards everyone regardless race. I need to mention how beautiful and breath taking view has been from the boat to Thun.

Schmitt hat uns bedient. Herzlichen Dank für das schöne Erlebniss

Das Highlight heute war der Service auf dem Brienzersee, nach dem ich schon mehrer schlechtere Erfahrungen gemacht habe, versuchte ich es erneut mit dem Mittagessen auf dem Schiff. Ich kann nur sagen 1a, Top. Das Essen war sehr gut und extrem speditiv an den Tisch gebracht worden. Ebenso gab es ein sehr freundliches, höfliches, wertschätzendes Servicepersonal im Besonderen Hr. Took the boat from Giessbach to Interlaken at 14:51. Had meal on the restaurant, the waitress with the white hair is so rude and racism
