Remains hugely disappointing We were informed during a recent visit that the current management and chef remains the same last two years

As we live locally we just hoped that there would be some improvement,the bar of quality would be raised after having incredible 20 years under previous management as it is such an idyllic setting overlooking the marina and lake.Three further visits and one a few days ago left nothing but disapointment

There is always sorting that goes wrong with grilled moist flavoursome trio not withstanding the so called sauce citron

Filets des perches is a signature dish in many restaurants in Switzerland so please raise the bar here.Of course most filets des perches are frozen as they are foreign but please choose your supplier carefully and there are many options..There was little evidence of grilling and they were completely curled.I will give some credit to moistness and slight taste.Most filet des perches in restaurants are fresh (?) frozen but it depends on origin and supplier.Also the french fries if you are going to use frozen retail then please do not let them sit around otherwise they become soggy as other customers have alluded to"

What is really unfortunate is that the staff contrary to the food, were exemplary and they were efficient engaging energising and professional and for that I give two rather than one star

Judging by the packed almost filled restaurant on a Tuesday evening maybe the restaurant does not need to bother...

This place was originally known for serving local fish (perche), which they no longer do and the source of serving perche for the few remaining dishes is no longer Switzerland For a price of about 40chf, I had a very thin cubic (~5cmx5cmx10/12cm) slice of beef steak, in the middle of which there was a thick artery as I had asked for raw cooking, you can imagine how disgusting it may get. When pointed out to the waiter, he did nothing but a nodding with sorrow (no discount, no change). The fries were supermarket frozen ones. The mayo sauce was regular supermarket mayo (when asked for mayo served with the original package). So I would say the food is highly overpriced. The view/ambience is also not particularly good. ★ Unfortunately, I can only give a single star for service experience. The restaurant is NOT INCLUSIVE with staff that discriminates for origin, gender, and social status.

It would be great if this restaurant could take measures to welcome everyone with the same warm hospitality and treat them...
