Montreux Jazz Café — Restaurant in Ecublens

Came in at 14:45, looked for a clean table, there was none. All of them had food leftovers on them. No staff behind the counter, staff in front of the counter was eating lunch, saw me but ignored me. I sat down at a random table, had to wait for a friend anyway. 15 minutes, nothing happened. Eventually I was asked what I wanted to order. Tea took them 10 minutes to make. Finally someone cleaned the tables. My friend came and was never asked whether she wanted to order in the 50 minutes we sat and chatted. We eventually went to the counter to order but the only waiter was on the phone and rudely signalled us to wait. I put cash on the table and we left, when opening the door to exit the waiter could all the sudden interrupt his call and...

J'ai été confrontée à un traitement injuste et discriminatoire de la part du personnel. Malgré mon attente patiente à l'accueil, on m'a demandé si j'avais une réservation, ce que je n'avais pas. Après m'avoir informée que la situation était compliquée et qu'il allait vérifier, j'ai continué à attendre. Cependant, j'ai été choquée de voir que deux femmes, arrivées trois minutes après moi et sans réservation non plus, ont été immédiatement placées à une table par le même serveur ( blanc aux cheveux longs). J'ai attendu plus longtemps, mais le serveur m'a ignorée et a continué à me négliger. Finalement, lorsque j'ai pu lui parler, il a répété que la situation était très compliquée. J'ai alors souligné le fait qu'il venait justement de placer ces deux femmes sans réservation. Il a hésité un instant avant de répondre qu'elles étaient des habituées et s'est mis à crier sur moi déclarant qu'il plaçait qui il voulait et qu'il n'y avait pas de place pour moi, malgré le fait que le salon...

Had an amazing experience eating here; starting with the food, expect something fresh and varied and most importantly delicious! If you love music as well this place is a must go.
