Osteria 31 — Restaurant in Saint-Sulpice

My partner and I had dinner on our last night. We both enjoyed our food, but unfortunately, we have a few things to note.

Food: The plating was excellent, but it was quite pricey. For example, a starter portion of risotto cost almost as much as the beef my partner had, and this didn't include any side dishes.

Service: We were not satisfied with the service. When the food was served, the potato was missing. They did bring two after sending the first, but we were surprised to find out that we had to pay for both. I informed the waitstaff that we had only ordered one, and it was eventually removed from the bill.

I asked for table service water, but I had to remind the waitress after our meals were already finished.

When we both ordered dessert, the cutlery was not set before the dessert was served.

The manager seemed too focused on other tables.

We also noticed that some tables received bread while waiting for their meals, whereas we didn't receive any.

I hope they can improve their service to match the prices...

Je tiens à partager mon expérience incroyable à l'Osteria 31, dirigée par le talentueux chef Tommaso Santori. Ce restaurant est un véritable bijou, où la fusion entre la cuisine asiatique et péruvienne est tout simplement magistrale. Les plats de poissons, notamment les ceviches et tartares, sont préparés avec une finesse remarquable et des saveurs qui explosent en bouche.

L'accueil est également un point fort de l'Osteria 31. Le personnel est chaleureux et attentif, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable. Le cadre, avec sa vue magnifique sur le lac Léman, ajoute une touche spéciale à chaque repas. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent à vivre une expérience culinaire unique...

Restaurant d’hôtel assez typique et où l’on mange plutôt bien sans être exceptionnel. On sent qu’il y a de l’envie mais que c’est un peu brouillon. Salade mêlée qui n’à de mêlée que le nom (merci les carottes), et burger plutôt bon par contre avec des frites nommées « du terroir «  mais qui semblent bien être industrielles. Entre la cuisine et la salle on perçoit un peu d’approximations, par contre il faut reconnaître que le serveur était très gentil...
