Restaurant Seewen Beach — Restaurant in Schwyz

First time in Switzerland, and I was thrilled by the discovery of this little paradise on earth along the lake. The restaurant offers an atmosphere that is both intimate and trendy. Furthermore, during the aperitif / dinner time it is possible to enjoy wonderful sunsets while enjoying excellent dishes. In addition to the location, the food is also fantastic. The menu offers a wide choice of dishes, from reinterpretations of classic foods to the most original. I went back two nights in a row: the first night I tried the sushi with crispy salmon, and the freshness and quality of the products left you breathless; the second evening I tried the dim sum, accompanied by different sauces, excellent. Same thing goes for the desserts, fresh and tasty, you feel that they are prepared express. The service was excellent, very quick. The guy who served me also spoke Italian and was very friendly and nice in giving me explanations, even though the tables were all full. Such a beautiful place to eat. Refreshingly different menu, beautifully presented with wonderfully friendly staff. Fabulous non-alcoholic cocktails and amazing coffee. Pizzas are awesome too. Wenn man an der Küche vorbei läuft, stinkt es bereits nach altem Frittierfett, eigentlich ein Warnzeichen, hätte ich mal drauf gehört. Wir hatten am Abend alle einen Blähbauch und Übelkeit.

Die Pommes komplett versalzen und nicht wirklich fein, die Fischknusperli , wenn man die so nennen kann, in 2 cm dickem Teig eingepackt, zu Tode gebacken, ein Knusperli trocken zu bekommen ist eine Kunst. Für CHF 22.50 in einer kleinen Wanne serviert ohne Servietten oder Besteck...

Wir waren zu 4. Hatten eine Pinsa (die war gut) und die Knusperli , in der Tatarsauce waren ganze Gurkenscheiben drin. Klar hausgemacht, aber nicht jedes Kind weiss das zu schätzen.... Ich könnte noch weiter erzählen.

Das höchste der Gefühle für uns bleibt nächstes mal ne Portion Pommes, wenn das Fett nicht stinkt....
