Wow! Absolutely authentic tapas comes to Sion! I love Spanish food and have spent many happy vacations in Spain. I have lived in Switzerland for over 30 years, and until relatively recently it has been very difficult to find authentic Spanish food (yes there are a few great restaurants in Zurich, I'm less familiar with other regions). After two visits to Loco Tapas, I find the food tasty and authentic, rivaling the best I have enjoyed anywhere. Of course! The chef, owner, and most of the wait staff I spoke with are Spanish. Which means they are also super friendly, even when I subjected them to my New York high school Spanish. This place is an absolute gem! I have never had such good tapas before and the restaurant ranks among the top two culinary experiences of my life. This is no joke! Impressive find! As a Spaniard, I'm often cautious about trying Spanish food abroad. However, I was pleasantly surprised by this delightful place.
