Chang Thai Noi — Restaurant in Sion

I’m an Australian who’s spent many months in Thailand and eat thai cuisine most weeks. In Europe, I go into thai restaurants with my expectations in check, but you don’t need to do that at Chang Thai. The food is excellent! Seriously good! As soon as the pad thai came out I could tell it was going to be a winner - the noodles, sauce, consistency, colour and ingredients were as you’d get in Thailand with a taste to match - it was perfect! Presentation and taste of the Panang curry was also spot on. I had it with vegetables and was impressed with quantity, freshness and diversity of veg. Asked for it hot and they delivered. I prefer Panang when the sauce is a bit thicker but that’s a personal preference. Great flavours which I thoroughly enjoyed and I would order it again. Je suis arriver au restaurant leur est demander que nous étions 5 personne pour souper la serveuse ma montrer la table ou ont aller manger j ai attendu mes collègues nous étions arriver et nous avant attendu un moment pour avoir la cartes et attendu encore un moment et nous avions demander commandes pour les boissons est c est arrivé et nous avons choisi ceux que nous voulons manger moi j avais demander une entrée rouleaux de printemps comme entrée est ensuite le plats c étais du riz cantonnais avec poulets et nous avons reçu que 1 entrée que nous avons demander les 3 entrée en même temps et après la suite et la serveuse nous a mal parler bon son rentrer dans le détail j ai reçue les rouleaux de printemps avec le riz que c étaient toujours pas sa 5 fois voir plus et nous avons expliqué que c étais pa sa mais bon j avais manger la moitié du riz cantonnais avant que la serveuse est revenue et nous a expliqué un peu ont parlons mal mais aussi ont lui a mal expliqué breff mais j ai étais déçu du service de...
