clean inviting warm food (lasagna) A + lots more to point out was VERY GOOD

They have an employee, sort of a manager. "Martha/Marta". Absolutely horrible, disrespect, rude, just really bad.

please keep in mind this review is from a a former bar/restaurant owner who knows the business, knows it real well.

Martha / Marta has incredible potential, she hustles, knows people, but when you are young, as she is, her vibe comes off real bad. Very bad.

Hopefully, she will improve.

We dined there with our whole family because it was a new place we wanted to try. For starters, we ordered Vitello tonato, steak tartare, and artichoke hearts. The starters were actually quite good and served promptly. However, the main courses were extremely disappointing, especially the risotto. It lacked flavor, texture, and was essentially watery rice, topped with truffle shavings at an exorbitant price of around 70 CHF. Additionally, the other pasta dishes lacked freshness and flavor, mainly relying on truffle for their high pricing. Waiting for the main courses took a considerable amount of time. What a shame. Feel rather cheated by this experience. Booked as Nonna and it’s changed hands to Intenso without any communication to us. Menu offered when we arrived was small as we were a big group, which was bizarre, but the staff did well and offered us a full menu in the end. Front of house staff were great but hugely let down by the kitchen. Multiple dishes were cold and massively lacked flavour. The Truffle pizzas had lots of truffle on them but had zero truffle taste so all in all an incredibly disappointing meal.
