The meat is decent but not exceptional unless you spend a lot. And it really is expensive!

Nothing special about the rest of it, salad is exactly the same basic affair as every other place in the region, chips are standard frozen things, nothing very good - but still 6chf for a small bowl. Sauces are numerous but standard and out of a bottle, nothing tasted home made and therefore didn't compliment the meat at all.

Service is poor - i.e. typical for the area - very slow, not well thought out (for instance they should bring the meat before the BBQ as the BBQ was cooling down noticeably whilst cooking - and was only truly hot enough for a short time), not bringing things out together (long wait between meat and chips for instance), forgetting drinks or sides, friendly but only in passing - no real care, not especially polite even.

Meh. The quality of the meat is good, especially if you’re willing to pay 25fr for 100g. But the real problem is that you have to cook your own meat. While this is OK for fondue or charbonnade, i think it’s unacceptable to ask me to cook my own 125fr cote de boeuf! Why am i paying this premium for overcooking my own beef?!?! The large veggie platter costs 16fr and has fewer vegetables than a dining table during famine. The fries were mediocre and the leaset they can do is offer a gogo fries. They ran out of bearaise at 8pm. Service is friendly, place is decent, but extremely expensive for what it is. I have been to many places which are unique and are not to be found anywhere else. This is one of those an ultimate one experience of traditional steakhouse not comparable to anyone in world. Unique place with heritage and must go place in Geneva. If you are a meat lover and you haven’t tried this place you better eat here. Amazing staff with well spoken English enhances your experience.
