As an experienced guests of Cité Des Vents.Tonight was truly a comedy of errors. Seriously I can only give them one star and that is for being in the right place as stated and being open, however our treatment leaves alot to be desired. We, arrived hoping to finish off our evening in good stead, however our sentiments soon vanished. Upon arrival, we ordered coffee and was promptly informed that they were not serving coffee as it ( I am assuming the weather ) was too hot, I was rather bewildered at this as it is an Itailen restuarant and I have yet to hear this even in the height of summer in Italy a tempreture of over 30 degrees and tonight's was a mere 19 degrees ( shocked to say the least ) or maybe I was not Italien enough although I have an very Italien surname and linage !!!!! Please note that the next table did not get the same treatment as they were promptly were served 10 coffees. And then it just went downhill, me and my friend ordered a Creme Brulee and we got Creme Soup !!!!!! I was offered a replacement which had barely set by the skin of its teeth. My friend however was not as the Chef had deemed hers fine, I am not sure when the Chef hopped over to taste hers or even look at it but hey !!! And then came what I can only see as the kicker or joke of the evening, after waiting for approximatly half an hour for the bill to arrive, I got up gathered up the bill and went inside to the bar to pay. Only to have our server try to defraud me of my change, not sure if this was his way of getting a tip. However, here is my tip (not financal) PLEASE learn to count! I, personally do not use cafe maths...

It was well served (on a hot stone - so you can make it the way you want) and accompanied by a salad+French fries or rise+hot vegetables. The size of the dish was more than satisfactory.
Price was decent and in general I would recommend...
