Cucina Milchbuck — Restaurant in Zurich

Schreckliche Kundenerfahrung in diesem Restaurant! Ich ging hinein, um zwei Pizzen zu bestellen. Der Kellner, der meine Bestellung aufnahm, war extrem unhöflich und gab mir die ganze Zeit das Gefühl, nicht willkommen zu sein. Er war eindeutig schon verärgert, als ich hereinkam. Als ich dann einen seiner Kollegen fragte, ob ich sofort bezahlen könnte, regte sich der ursprüngliche Kellner nur noch mehr auf und schickte mich ohne Pizzen aus dem Restaurant. Er sagte ich solle doch zu einer der anderen Pizzerien an der Schaffhauserstrasse gehen - ich würde jedem empfehlen, dasselbe zu tun!

Esperienza terribile in questo ristorante!Sono entrata per ordinare due pizze da portare via. Il cameriere che ha preso il mio ordine è stato estremamente scortese e mi ha fatta sentire a disagio per tutto il tempo. Era chiaramente già irritato quando sono entrata e ha pensato di poter sfogare tutta la sua frustrazione su di me. Quando ho poi chiesto a uno dei suoi colleghi se potevo pagare immediatamente, il cameriere originale si è agitato ulteriormente e mi ha mandato fuori dal ristorante senza fare le pizze. Ha specificato che ci sono altre 2 pizzerie in fondo alla strada e che potevo andare lì - suggerirei a tutti di fare lo stesso!

Terrible experience in this restaurant like i’ve never had before. I walked in to order two pizzas to take away. The waiter who took my order was extremely rude and made feel unwelcome the entire time. He was clearly already upset when i got in. Then when asking one of his colleagues if i could pay immediately, the original waiter just got worked up further and sent me out of the restaurant without making the pizzas. He specify that there were 2 other pizzerias down the road and that i could go there - i would suggest everyone to...

Very atmospheric and cozy place to eat your lunch and dinner. It is located under beautiful, spreading platanus tree, what already gives an authentic Mediterranean accent. The service is professional and polite, giving the best experience to the customer. The food is just amazing. I had ordered spaghetti with mussels and I have to admit that all the ingredients were fresh, excellent quality and delicious! And the wine... You have to simply try it! I will be back...

Beautiful place to dine outdoors under a well lit canopy of trees. But too many smokers and their smoke outside. Had to go inside. I ordered a light meal of Buffalo caprese and tomato soup. Not over impressed with either. I would order something else next time, maybe their pizza or maybe veal cutlet. I would go back just to eat outside. I know I can find something I will like. Really nice place. Not fancy...
