The food is alright, but man the almost aggressive attitude of the employees is so unpleasant. And I know, we all have our bad days - but this behavior is consistent and independent of who's serving. I don't know, maybe the owners don't pay them enough or they're understaffed and stressed, but this is not normal.

[Update] The manager recognized me at my next visit and seemed genuinely sorry that I felt this way, agreeing that a welcoming environment is as important as the food quality. He promised they'll do better in the future, and I believed him.

[Update 2024-10] Getting better, atmosphere better and more friendly service. Plus 1 Star!

I'll increase the stars now every time I or my colleagues have a nice experience, thereby assessing if things are truly getting better.

Extremely rude employees. Food was ok.

I came here because the rating looked good but was extremely disappointed by the customer service. When I was ordering from the menu, pointing at what I wanted, the guy taking my order didn’t understand me even though I said it loud and clear. He went on to get angry and aggressive and rolled his eyes at me. I understand that working at a restaurant can be stressful, but that isn’t a good reason to not to be a nice human being.

They also don’t clean up the tables after people are done eating.

The fries were good. The hamburger was alright. Nothing special about this place, so save yourselves from the unnecessary rudeness. I have never left reviews for places before and I feel compelled...

Terrible service. I came here to grab a quick bite and had to wait in line for 10 mins. The manager was unfriendly and was bossing the other employees around, which certainly did not look happy at all. To top it off, after the long wait, it's my turn and when I ask for a cheeseburger I am told, in a very rude way, that there was no more bread and I could only order the patty alone, same for all the other kinds of burgers. Of course I refused and left. They should warn these things in advance to prevent people from wasting their time, and for sure work on...
