Restaurant Awania Pizza Burger — Restaurant in Zurich

I‘ll be honest; my visit three years ago was pretty disappointing, and at the time, I completely understood all the negative reviews. But yesterday, I happened to be nearby and decided to give the place another try. To my surprise, it’s now under new management, and you can really tell the difference. I ordered a pizza, and honestly, for that price, it might’ve been among the best I’ve ever had. The service was excellent, the staff were genuinely kind, and the food, as mentioned, was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend...

Schlechte Bewertung - unfreundliches Personal, Preisdifferenzen, Kundenkontakt & Qualität. Es war spät Abends als ich etwas essen wollte. Der Kurier schickte uns ins Lokal, dort wurden stach uns sofort der Geruch von altem Öl in die Nase. Als uns jemand sah, wurden wir nach der Bestellung eines Cheeseburgers (zum mitnehmen), hinaus geschickt um draussen (kalt) zu warten. Da 2021, wollte ich mit Karte zahlen, missmutig wurde mir dann das Gerät hingehalten. Der Herr sagte "Ein Cheeseburger?, CHF. 14.50" Auf der Quittung sah ich dann, dass mir trotzdem noch zu viel Geld abgezogen wurde. Qualität: Gesamtgeschmack ganz ok Fleisch - eher "Fleisch?" Und in einem Cheeseburger währe Käse zu erwarten. In solchem Moment reklamiere ich nicht sondern nehme...
