ViCAFE Goldbrunnen — Restaurant in Zurich

Discovered this little coffee takeout shop while exploring Zurich in the beginning of our trip. We found ourself back in the neighborhood at the end and became regulars, grabbing coffee in the morning before heading off. They make it easy to order, grab and go! Sometimes there's a line, which goes quickly, and sometimes there's none. My favorite part is that my friend dropped her coffee as we crossed the street just after ordering. I am a big fan since years. All other points are still great, hovewer this one is total disappointment since a year. Really bad made coffee, flat white so milky, that it doesn't taste like coffee at all. Americano with ice is incredible sour. Service is also very rude and unfriendly, no possibility to find out, what kind of blend is available to buy or not. Really disappointed. I had to throw away my coffe yesterday at the first time, as it was so unbalanced, that I could not drink it. Sorry guys, for me this particular point is closed, even though I will go to...

I just paid 5 francs for a mid americano from a place I cannot even sit down to drink it at.

Good coffee? Seen better for less money Good ambiance? No ambiance. Staff was not overwhelmingly nice nor rude. You have to queue up in the middle of the street in a tight corner
