We came to Yu Dang Jia Restaurant for lunch after a morning soak in one of Beitou’s hot spring. They require advance reservations with a deposit which can be done via Facebook or Instagram and paid via PayPal. The restaurant is small with an L shaped counter. We communicated with the chef using Google translate and our limited Chinese. Tea is self serve and they have a selection of beer and wine though we did not ask for the list. The meal was about US$50 (TWD$1500) per person and comprised twelve courses. The dishes were beautifully presented. The quality of the seafood was superb. I thought it was just the right amount of food but others in my party were stuffed. My comments on the dishes are in the pictures I uploaded. My favorite was the tuna collar steak. I think the restaurant should get an amazing review because they are really kind and gave me free uni(sea urchin) sashimi with salmon roe .I had a kids menu there. They were very considerate to us and are really friendly people so you should go there 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. The food there is delicious and the food is a daily catch🎣 I give this restaurant 5...
