Good time — Restaurant in Beitou

Visited the place for late dinner (8pm) with family and friend of total 4 people. Really a wonderful experience! First, really great to have this decent BBQ place at this area; we do not need to go to downtown Taipei. Then, the food is really nice! I do not eat beef but pork, chicken and duck are really tasty. The service is also part of my enjoyable experience. The people are friendly and having fun with customers. You could often hear the laugh and talks between owner/employees and customers. They also helped on grilling the meat or taught how to grill to the better taste. Last, the place is not wide and can only accommodate said 3-4 tables plus 10+ bar seats. I assume advanced reservation might be needed during weekend. A great place and my family and I are expecting to visit again.

We saw this place while scrolling through GG map, didn’t expect much as first but as we go through the menu and food it really blew our mind with the quality meat and their good seasoning. The side dishes were great, especially the bamboo shoot one, good customer service and great atmosphere. Especially their homemade chilly sauce was what caught us off guard 😂 it has a good hit of spice and aromatic! Really one of the best chilly we had in Taiwan (Normally the chilly sauce here is a bit too oily for our taste, this was perfectly blend).

Would definitely come back if we planned to visit Taiwan again! Very much recommended to anyone who wants to eat grill after a day of hot-spring in Beitou!

Good Time is amazing! Eating at the bar provides an intimate space to see the food being prepared. The staff are all attentive and helpful. The boss happily chats and drinks with customers all while helping cook in a manner similar to Howlin’ Rays. Definitely recommend coming here
