我今天開心地點了摩斯漢堡的“日出壽喜燒雙牛珍珠堡”，外觀非常漂亮，在榮總的用餐區期待享用美食，欣喜地咬一口下去，下牙齒的“牛肉和米漢堡”部分是熱的，上排牙齒的“壽喜燒蔬菜、胡蘿蔔、洋蔥和雞蛋”竟然是冰的，是冰的？！冰的！天啊！上排牙齒被凍到了，牙齦非常不舒服，誘發了牙痛！原本期待熱騰騰的漢堡，壽喜“燒”，竟然上面鋪的蔬菜和雞蛋都是冰的，跟店員反應，店員說公司的產品就是這樣，無法加熱！ 一般養生不建議冷熱一起吃，對腸胃不好的人容易拉肚子，實在無法下嚥，最後實在沒辦法，請店員幫我微波加熱，微波加熱後又太燙，牛肉又硬掉，生菜又爛掉，體驗感非常差！如果貴店要用冰冷的蔬菜，洋蔥，紅蘿蔔和雞蛋鋪在熱的牛肉上面，請在菜單上註明，我如果提前知道絕對不會點，以後也再也不想點了! 一直以來都還挺喜歡吃摩斯漢堡，但是冰冷凍牙的蔬菜鋪在熱的牛肉上面，冷熱不調，非常難吃！菜單上沒有註明鋪在上面的壽喜燒的菜和水煮蛋是用冰的，也不能退貨，感覺很差！ 台北榮總這麼多美食，我特別選了摩斯漢堡這一間，結果竟然吃到寒熱錯雜的漢堡！不如吃其他熱騰騰溫暖的餐點。 煎牛肉時，把壽喜燒的蔬菜一起煎熱，很難嗎？要圖方便省時，為什麼直接把冰冷的壽喜燒蔬菜鋪在上面？？？真是太令人失望和錯愕了！

不知道點餐到底哪裡出了問題，點餐時很明確表示要兩份薯餅、一份洋蔥圈和一杯紅茶，店員小姐說要幫我們搭A+...
