弎食鉄板料理 草屯店 — Restaurant in Caotun Township

Most teppanyaki places offer similar quality in my experience, so let's look at what sets this place apart and why it's worth $100-$200 more than other places. The main course. I ate the duck breast and you're given a large portion of delicious duck breast. The rest is a standard teppanyaki and I couldn't tell you the quality difference between that and a dozen others, but at those other players you get a bit of meat/fish with your rice, cabbage and bean sprouts. This is a fabulous place for a Teppanyaki Set Meal for around NT350 that is absolutely wonderful. I ordered the Yilan Duck Leg that was perfectly cooked and totally delicious. Also the Cod Fish and the Lamb Chops were fantastic and the main dishes are served with a salad with fruity dressing, a bowl of rice, steamed egg pudding, pork rib soup, and a bowl of cabbage. 2024/06/22 更新： 物價上漲不過這裡價格似乎沒有太大變動，不過... 今天的餐點發現了幾個有趣的狀況，點了兩份套餐，有新的飲品凍檸茶不會太甜這個好喝。

✔️雞腿份量變少，少了2塊左右

✔️午仔魚瘦了... 😂 寬度變小

✔️高麗菜量少了，約少2、3口

✔️沙拉也是，沒有以前蓬鬆

✔️蒸蛋，基本上純蛋了，以前裡面有料

2021/10/29 更新： 因為身體關係不吃生食(含沙拉)，詢問過套餐內的沙拉是否能更換蒸蛋或湯品之類，反應是不行。現在文明病多無法吃生食的人其實也多，套餐錢都付了因無法吃沙拉得到的回覆是就是不給沙拉就好，但不會補其他的給你，其實這點如果店家能變通一下會更好，也讓生病的人覺得體貼。

一直沒去過， 第一不能訂位，第二不好停車，第三時間的關係做媽媽的我不大好安排 😅，但趁著今天起晚晚索性直奔弎食。

已經踩點11點就到還是看到了等候人潮 😳，停好車過去還好馬上進去了，原來等候的人群是因為沒到齊的關係。

說說氣氛吧，蠻喜歡的，環境乾淨整潔很舒服，不像一般鐵板燒給人的煙霧？炒菜的鏘鏘聲？沒人的空間暗暗的？這裡是舒適的。

不論檯面乾淨，炒盤超乾淨！地板乾淨，座位也乾淨，不會有那種鐵板燒店油膩膩的感覺。讚👍

接著是食物，副手準備好食材給師傅們，料理過程隨時保持乾淨，感受得到食材新鮮，看到整尾魚的料理還是挺特別的 😂。沒有誇飾料理手法？就看兩位乾淨的帥哥師傅俐落專心處理食物直到最後的擺餐也是件很舒心的感受。😊

跟孩子兩個人點一份牛肉套餐，點餐小弟說可能有點少，所以再單點雞排。吃得很飽，不過孩子說還會餓🤣。套餐式鐵板燒我覺得蠻特別，也因此不需要特別坐吧臺的位置。
