Read more我是取餐號390號的客人,我在現場等待的時候,多次聽到不同的店員頻喊:「389號您的飲料好了哦~」、「389號可可脆片兩杯的客人,飲料好了哦~」,當下我懷疑是不是在叫自己的餐點,上前詢問後,店員告知390號要再稍等一下,我就繼續等待。
但還是頻頻聽到各位店員在喊:「389號客人您的飲料好了哦~」、「您的飲料要融化了哦~」、「要變成水了哦~」等等諸如此類些許嬉鬧的話語。
後來真的等很久,就再上前詢問一次,店員竟然就直接把那袋放很久「389號」的飲料交給我,我一開始還想說為什麼飲料好了,卻沒喊我的號碼,心想可能是自己搞錯,就把飲料帶回家了。
剛剛打開一看,杯子上竟然寫著「389號」!! 喝了兩口真的發現已經融化了,原來我的懷疑沒有錯!這正是那兩杯放很久的飲料!
這中間是發生了什麼事情呢? 搞錯號碼、報錯號碼都可以算了,人都會有失誤的時候,那為什麼已經發現了錯誤,卻還將這兩杯已經放很久、都融化了的飲料再交給客人呢?是認定客人可以被矇混被隱瞞的嗎?
這是我生平第一次在貴店消費,竟然是如此差的消費體驗,請麻煩能負責這件事...
