大草原南美 西班牙料理- La Gran Sabana — Restaurant in Changbin

A full day of riding from Yuli; we hit the coast, and met some friends who coincidentally go the other way: go, they say, to this Venezuelan restaurant. Greedily, we made haste.

A beautiful, gentle lady outlined the set menu for us, and we dined like kings.

The soup was a delicious vegetable bisque.

Salad was fresh, with a nice vinaigrette.

The empanadas were absolutely delicious; dressed with a tangy avocado spread.

The squid— our group favorite— was fresh, tender, and delicately seasoned with garlic and olive oil.

The paella was generously chock full of seafood, hot and hearty.

We finished with the creamy, delectable cheesecake.

This is a Spanish restaurant. The owner originally settled in Venezuela, but now he moved back to his hometown to run the restaurant with his Hispanic wife.
