Awesome Japanese-style pan-Asian vegetarian cuisine! It was a life-saver. The vegan options have a little broccoli 🥦 sign next to them, and you can even enjoy the vegan ramen and noodles or bibimbap (all with egg signs) by saying no eggs. It serves both meals and desserts when it is open. The food presentation is superb - looks almost like a model toy food. The server was really nice and spoke to us in fluent Japanese because we couldn’t speak Mandarin well. (We aren’t from Japan but it really helped us communicate!) ☺️ P.S. I would also highly recommend the lovely vegan bubble tea place that is right next to this shop, but their review section is closed.

This place was awesome for either vegans or vegetarians! A small southern town like Chauzhou to have something like this, it’s a big plus for everyone. The food and the service was excellent. After the meal, we went for the famous “hot’n cold” shave ice near by… that was amazing also! Chauzhou’s the best! 🫰🏼😃

好玩！

竟然還有用花生豆腐當主題的餐館，而且這麼剛好竟然是蔬食店；這次選在潮州下車、被接，去吃個飯剛剛好。

一直都習慣吃鹹的花生豆腐，不管下鍋煎或者是吃涼拌。這家把花生豆腐玩成了甜點，不管是口感像各種花樣的奶酪，或者是液態的，做成飲料。總體來說，至少一定要上門一次玩一玩，才知道店家在玩什麼。

看到門上那個「看心情公休」已經覺得實在太對味，很妙的店家！點個餐，發現洗手間外牆也這麼有趣，心情很好。

其他餐點的部分，都沒什麼大問題；一般上蔬食店，很少會把念頭動到素雞塊上頭，因為不是很喜歡。不過懷疑店家是用氣炸的方式，所以基本上送上來附餐的炸物，沒有什麼油的感覺。卻很巧妙地把素雞塊做得比薯條更好吃！

做成調色盤的主意非常好，小巧可愛，而且可以免除選擇障礙之外，還可以確認一下自己到底喜歡什麼口味，加上那個木頭花生盤很可愛，當成下午茶也不賴。

回家之前，又買了一盒花生豆腐，尺寸比平常買的還大一點，比B5的紙張略大一些，...
