Read more今天5/3我們兩個人進去點了兩杯咖啡(一杯焦糖海鹽/一杯卡布奇諾),還買了六個麵包,總共消費321元。進去多那之之前,我們在轉角的Pasta吃午餐,因為套餐包含一杯珍珠紅茶(完全沒喝,也沒插吸管)。12點30幾分進去點咖啡坐下來,一直到一點多(坐不到40幾分鐘),沒想到多那之的一位服務生,竟然公開廣播起來,說要請客人「低消」跟「禁帶外食」,廣播後就直接走過來要幫我們把那杯完全沒插吸管我們根本也沒喝的飲料拿去冰。想請問一下,多那之的員工這麼沒有sense嗎?若是禁帶外食,請您直接過來告知我們就好了(況且我們是吃套餐之前,本來就決定行程是先到Pasta吃中餐再到貴店喝咖啡,所以Pasta那杯飲料我們才沒喝拿在手上,只是為了留點肚子空間來喝咖啡),為什麼還要廣播好像要讓所有在場的客人知道我們做錯什麼事情一樣(請問我們是有做錯什麼事???)。若是要拼翻桌率,再趕客人的話,拜託,我們消費321元雖然不是很高的金額,可是坐個40幾分鐘是有跟您坐很久是不是?況且今天根本整間店空桌率還有7成以上都沒客人坐。請問您們這樣是怎樣??真的不是很開心。
